On September 14th, the town of Mankessim will host a huge music festival called Bongofest 2024. The event will take place at the School inside Kessim Astroturf and will feature many famous musicians, including Quamina MP, Twitch 4EVA, and Kelvyn Boy.
Bongofest was started by Quamina MP to honor his late father and to bring people together through music and culture. The first festival was held in Accra in 2022 and was a big success.
This year’s festival promises to be an exciting night of music, dance, and cultural performances. There will also be food stalls, art displays, and cultural exhibitions. The event is supported by many partners, including Grey Ice Natural Mineral Water, 3Music TV, and Manna Heights Hotel.

Over 10,000 people are expected to attend Bongofest 2024, making it a big event in the Central Region.
