It’s becomes more interesting to hear that people from the Western countries say they enjoy listening to songs from the Ghana.
One of those amongst the many who live abroad but keep on listening to Ghanaian musician is the British High Commissioner to Ghana, Her Excellency Harriet Thompson.
She made this known while speaking in an interview with Gideon Asmah of Kastle FM situated in Cape Coast.
She told Gideon Asmah on Kastle FM, Cape Coast. “I don’t know the names of the songs but I’m really enjoying a lot of Ghanaian music and I like listening to the afrobeat,”
Harriet added that her son is growing up to a certain age where he is so embarrassed by her dancing hence, she doesn’t dance in public.
“I do enjoy with my kids in the kitchen and my son is getting to the age where he is deeply embarrassed by my dancing,”
Concluding her conversation, she stated that Stonebwoy and Sarkodie are names of Ghanaian artists she is familiar with and enjoys songs from.
