Rapper Kwaw Kese has explained the motivation behind his numerous social media attacks, which he launched against fellow rapper Sarkodie some time ago.
According to him, it was a calculated attempt to get the attention of Sarkodie following several failed moves.
In an interview on YFM, Kwaw Kese said he was pissed when Sarkodie refused to return his calls and turned down several requests whenever he reached out to him. As a big brother in the music industry, he could not accept the fact that the Sarkcess Music CEO was avoiding him.
“He gave me blue ticks and that I was not happy with. He did not return my calls and texts. As a big brother in the industry I felt pissed,” He said.
Kwaw Kese added that he had to deliberately go on a social media rampage targeted at getting the attention of Sarkodie at all costs.
Therefore, he dragged Sarkodie and used unsavoury words to describe his personality.
“Well, fans thought we were beefing but I was just trying to get his attention. Later, he reached out to me and since we had a long history together, we reconnected so quick,” Kwaw Kese added.

So far Kwaw Kese and Sarkodie have worked on two projects: “Dondo remix” and “Win” after the social media brouhaha which was orchestrated by the former to get the attention of the latter.
