Pizzaman Chickenman’s CEO, Christian Nana Boakye, served as an inspiration to KNUST graduates as he shared the humble beginnings of his food business during the university’s 57th Congregation. Speaking on the fourth day of the event organized for the College of Science, Boakye encouraged graduates to pursue their entrepreneurial dreams, recounting how he initiated his business idea while still a student in 2018. Boakye revealed the resourcefulness behind the startup, utilizing a study table as a makeshift kitchen and employing Pythagoras’ theorem for their initial packaging, an A4 sheet. Despite facing logistical challenges, he urged the graduates not to let obstacles hinder their entrepreneurial aspirations and to cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset in their professional journeys.
