Ghanaian superstar, Michael Owusu Addo, popularly known as Sarkodie has revealed that he is currently on a music break.
This came when a die-hard fan confronted him on the microblogging site Twitter, requesting a new song because it had been quite some time since he released a new tune for his followers and other music enthusiasts.
In a rapid reflex to the fans’ request, Sarkodie declared that he should not be compelled to generate a viable song just because it’s another year, and so therefore he has to satisfy their thirst with a new banger.
He implied that because he’s been dropping songs consecutively for almost a decade since debuting into the industry, he has made the decision to take a one and a half year break from releasing new music.
