The founder of 3 Music Awards, Sadiq Abdulai Abu has revealed that the magnificent rain stage made for singer Black Sherif was originally not meant for him.

The “Second Sermon” crooner, Black Sherof thrilled the audience with an electrifying performance on Saturday night at the 3 Music Awards as he caused rain to fall on stage while delivering renditions of his hit songs.

Baba Sadiq the CEO of 3 Music Awards made mentioned in an interview with Abeiku Santana a radio presenter that the rain set-up was initially not for Black Sherif but rather planned for Sarkodie.

Sadiq revealed that Sarkodie was not in the country during the planning process and could not be in-country on the day of the performance and also there were a number of unfinished business with his management.
