I Didn’t Like The Idea That We Were Dating – Efia Odo

Ghanaian actress Efia Odo has finally addressed the swirling rumors surrounding her departure from Eats Avenue restaurant, a business she co-owned. In a recent appearance on the podcast Rants, Bants, and Confession, Efia Odo categorically denied allegations of a romantic relationship with her co-partner.

The rumors, which spread like wildfire on social media, claimed Efia Odo’s involvement with the restaurant’s majority shareholder was more than business. However, she firmly debunked these claims, describing her relationship with the co-owner as “platonic.”

“He’s like an uncle to me,” Efia Odo clarified. “He’s someone I respect deeply, and he’s been instrumental in my growth, both personally and professionally. He’s empowered me to become a woman of substance.”

Efia Odo expressed frustration over the false narratives, emphasizing that her co-partner’s support and mentorship were misinterpreted.

“I didn’t like the idea that we were dating… it’s so false,” she stated.

Efia Odo’s candid response aims to quell the speculation and set the record straight on her departure from Eats Avenue.
